Why can’t I pay for my order online?

Have you got to the end of the ‘Place an Order’ feature on any of our websites and wondered why there wasn’t any payment options to finalise your order?

Unfortunately, we do not offer online payment, as one of our trained sales consultants will need to calculate a special shipping rate specific to your order!

Once you have submitted your order, stand by your phone as one of our trained sales consultants will be in touch with you within two business hours after you have successfully submitted your order.

Once you have been issued a proposal that includes your shipping cost and confirmed your items, you will be able to process payment over the phone with credit card or by using our direct debit details found in the footer of your proposal.
