New Aluminium Manual Swing Gates

ALL NEW simple design – Area Safe has a new Manually Operated Swing Gate with light-weight extruded aluminium rail and hi-vis reflective hazard markings.

Along with Parking Bollards and Speed Humps, this Manual Swing Gate is an excellent piece of equipment to assist in traffic control.

Great for pedestrian and vehicle control, the recommended gate height position is 800-1000mm above the ground for the best visual barrier. The sectional dimension of the hollow rail is 125x16mm and it is supplied in 3 standard overall lengths of 2400mm, 3400mm and 4400mm, each of which can be easily cut shorter on site if required. The gate swing arc covers a huge 270 degrees for maximum clearance and versatility. This means that if mounted at the external corner of a building, the gate can swing back against both adjacent walls.

The galvanized steel hinge assembly can be post mounted, bollard mounted or wall mounted (see Fixed Bollards for in-ground or surface mounted gate posts). Individual Gate Receiver latch plates are supplied separately for holding the gate closed and for holding the gate open. Padlock not supplied.
