The Woolworths head office campus in Bella Vista, NSW is an iconic commercial building built to accommodate approximately 3000 employees. It includes three 6-storey office towers linked by a central atrium and includes cafes, restaurants, a 500 seat auditorium, learning academy and associated training facilities, gymnasium and medical ward, data centre, small supermarket, test kitchen and QA testing laboratories plus a 3 level underground carpark and additional multi-deck external car park.

Originally built in the late 90’s, a multi-deck car park was added in 2016 by Buildcorp Contracting Pty Ltd over a portion of open carpark. The new facility features 4 levels of multi deck car park comprising 1,068 secure car parking spaces, including 49 disabled access car spaces. The work also included a tennis court on top of the new building and a new adjacent loop road and associated landscaping.
