Wall mounted bike racks need to be installed at alternative lengths of 1800mm and 2100mm from the top of the bike rack to the floor. This is to ensure there is enough room for the bike to hang from the ground whilst on the rack and so they don’t knock into each other if they were at the one height right across a wall.
